WOMEN'S GROUPS AT WESLEY

Wesley United Church has a variety of activities for women.

The Susanna Wesley Friendship Group has between 20-25 active members who meet on the 4th Tuesday afternoon of each month - sometimes for lunch, sometimes for tea and a program, sometimes for coffee and dessert and to pack cosmetic/toiletry bags for Regina's Transition House. This group is growing in size and new members are most welcome.

The former Allan Crewe Unit now meets informally for lunch once a month and the members treasure their friendship.

About two times a year Wesley United Church women hold a  "Women's Night Out."  At this time about 65-70 women meet for a buffet dinner and a speaker.  It is a popular event. The programs and speakers vary considerably and Wesley women greet these evenings with enthusiasm.

There are also Adult Study Groups on Sunday mornings (pre-church) and Monday evenings which women may join, as well as other committees in the church such as Worship Division, Pastoral Care or Christian Education.

We welcome all women with enthusiasm and in friendship.

WESLEY MEN'S CLUB

Wesley Men's Club meets on the first Friday of each month for a supper meeting, a time of fellowship with a different program each month.  Program planning is shared amongst members of this group. Our Men's Club serves the church community in a variety of ways, such as providing Bibles for our Grade Three Church School Class. Men of the congregation are invited to join any or all of these activities. Watch the bulletin for information on our next gathering.

ADULT STUDY GROUP

The Adult Study Group meets before service each Sunday to discuss books & other documents.
